Office policies
We keep our schedule light so families are seen on time. A few policies help us protect that promise:
- Only one unaccompanied guardian is allowed in the treatment/cleaning area per family, and the guardian must stay on premises for the duration of treatment.
- Only one patient per family per day is scheduled for operative treatment.
- A maximum of three patients per family per day can be scheduled for hygiene appointments.
- A $15 rebooking fee applies to appointments cancelled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours notice ($100 for oral surgery appointments). The fee must be paid before any family member is seen.
Insurance & payment
We are in network with most dental PPOs and accept Georgia Medicaid, Peachstate, Caresource and Amerigroup insurances. We do not bill secondary insurances. Cash, debit and all major credit cards are accepted for out-of-pocket payment (a service fee is paid by the card holder for credit card transactions).
